Visit 2 India ("we", "us", "our") is a United Kingdom registered company providing private chauffeur-driven transportation services across India.
By making a booking with Visit 2 India, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.
Visit 2 India provides private transportation services only, including vehicle hire with driver and agreed travel routes.
We do not organise, sell, or offer package holidays, package tours, linked travel arrangements, flights, accommodation, travel insurance, tourist guide services, attraction tickets, or other travel products unless expressly agreed in a separate written contract.
Any itinerary, route recommendation, destination guide, hotel recommendation, travel suggestion, or travel advice provided by Visit 2 India is for informational and transportation planning purposes only and does not constitute the sale of a package holiday or travel package.
Unless expressly agreed in writing, Visit 2 India acts solely as a provider of transportation services and does not act as agent, organiser, tour operator, trustee, or representative for accommodation providers or other third-party suppliers.
The services provided by Visit 2 India are intended to constitute transportation services only and are not sold or marketed as package holidays, package tours, linked travel arrangements, or combinations of travel services within the meaning of applicable UK Package Travel and Linked Travel Arrangements Regulations, unless expressly stated otherwise in a separate written agreement.
Visit 2 India may provide recommendations or introductions to hotels, accommodation providers, tourist guides, attractions, restaurants, transport operators, or other third-party suppliers.
Any booking for accommodation or other third-party services forms a separate contract directly between the client and the relevant provider.
Visit 2 India does not act as the organiser, principal, supplier, or contracting party for such third-party services.
Any payments relating to accommodation or third-party services shall be made directly to the relevant provider unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Visit 2 India accepts no responsibility for the performance, quality, availability, cancellation, refund, insolvency, acts, omissions, or failures of any third-party provider.
All accommodation providers, tourist guides, attractions, activity providers, restaurants, airlines, and other suppliers operate independently from Visit 2 India.
Recommendations made by Visit 2 India do not constitute ownership, partnership, joint venture, management, control, or responsibility for the services provided by such suppliers.
All quotations are subject to availability and are valid for the period specified in the quotation.
A booking shall only be considered confirmed when:

Prices may be revised where changes to the itinerary, route, dates, taxes, tolls, fuel costs, government charges, or service requirements materially affect operating costs.
Payment terms will be stated on the quotation and booking confirmation.
Failure to make payment within the specified period may result in cancellation of the booking.
Any bank fees, currency conversion charges, payment gateway charges, or transfer fees shall be borne by the client unless otherwise agreed.

We will make every reasonable effort to provide the booked vehicle category.
In exceptional circumstances, we reserve the right to substitute a vehicle with an equivalent or higher-category vehicle without additional charge.
Drivers remain responsible for safe vehicle operation and compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
All journey times, arrival times, and travel schedules are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Visit 2 India shall not be liable for delays arising from traffic congestion, road closures, weather conditions, public events, security restrictions, accidents, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
Service delivery may occasionally be affected by factors beyond our control, including mechanical breakdowns, accidents, road closures, traffic conditions, weather events, or force majeure events.
Requests for child seats must be made at the time of booking. Availability may vary by location and vehicle type.
Clients are responsible for their personal belongings. Whilst reasonable efforts will be made to assist in recovering lost property, Visit 2 India accepts no responsibility for loss, theft, or damage to personal belongings left in vehicles.
Changes requested after booking confirmation are subject to:
We will make reasonable efforts to accommodate changes whenever possible.
We reserve the right to terminate or refuse service where a client’s behaviour is abusive, threatening, unlawful, dangerous, or likely to cause distress, inconvenience, or harm to drivers, staff, suppliers, passengers, or third parties.
In such circumstances, no refund shall be due and Visit 2 India shall have no further liability arising from the termination of services.
Cancellation charges reflect actual costs, commitments, allocations, losses, and administrative expenses incurred by Visit 2 India.
Where a refund is applicable, Visit 2 India reserves the right to deduct reasonable:
Approved refunds are generally processed within 14–28 business days.
Processing times may vary depending on banks, card providers, and payment processors.
Any refunds relating to accommodation, flights, attractions, guides, insurance, or other third-party services are governed solely by the terms and conditions of the relevant provider.
Visit 2 India does not guarantee or process refunds relating to third-party services.
Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes or limits liability that cannot legally be excluded under the laws of England and Wales.
Subject to the above, Visit 2 India’s total liability arising from transportation services shall not exceed the total amount paid directly to Visit 2 India for the affected transportation service.
